This offering allows the couple a hands-on role in their planning activities along with our professional assistance to guide them along the way. With our partial wedding planning, we act as your support system. Service begins right away. We provide you with a detailed wedding task list and budget spreadsheet. We help you set the overall budget and guide you through all the tasks and catch anything unseen. This package may also be ideal for the couple who may have already completed part of their planning and needs less help than a full package.

 

Partial planning typically includes unlimited phone and email communication prior to the event, up to 4 planning sessions, vendor recommendations, review contracts, timeline creation, menu advisement, gift bag delivery, production schedule, ceremony rehearsal and day of coordination. Partial Planning packages will be customized to meet your specific planning needs as we work together to create and plan a spectacular wedding!

 

DAY OF/ MONTH- OF COORDINATION

Our Month of Planning package offers services to support couples who have planned their own wedding, but want help implementing it the day of. A Wedding Day Coordinator is a necessity so that everyone, especially the bride and groom, can relax and enjoy the most precious moments you’ve been working toward.

 

This service begins 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding date and traditionally includes unlimited phone and email communication prior to the event, planning session and walkthrough, vendor recommendations for anything you’ve not secured, check list for final tasks, timeline creation, production schedule, take over all vendor communication, ceremony rehearsal and day of coordination.
